Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), under the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, is inviting bids for the procurement of stock-able food items and non-food items required to supply eight PBM Sweet Homes located across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The Sweet Homes are situated in the districts of Bajaur, Bannu, Khyber, Kohat, Mahsehra, Mardan, Shangla and Swat. This is a National-level procurement on a Single Stage-Two Envelope basis. The successful bidder(s) will be bound to supply the best quality items directly to the doorstep of each of the eight PBM Sweet Homes as per the price schedule and specifications outlined in the tender document. The procurement covers both Lot I and Lot II, with detailed item specifications and quantity requirements provided separately.
Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the Bid Data Sheet and must submit all required documents including financial resources evidence, past experience with completed contracts, current contract details with progress reports, and any additional forms specified. A Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. The tender requires submission in two envelopes: one containing technical bid documents and the other containing the financial proposal. Prospective bidders should carefully review the eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, and special conditions of contract before preparing their submissions.
