The Punjab Thalassaemia and Other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD) invites sealed bids for a framework contract to purchase Hematology CBC reagents on a reagent rental basis, along with consumables and controls, for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to support the institute's laboratory operations in Punjab with a steady supply of complete blood count reagents under a rental arrangement, which allows cost-effective management of laboratory consumables. The contract will cover reagent supply, consumables, and quality control materials required for hematology testing procedures throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers with valid business registration and experience in supplying medical laboratory reagents and consumables. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, and must demonstrate their technical and financial capacity to meet the institute's requirements. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders outlined in the bidding document, with proper documentation of the bidder's eligibility, qualifications, and conformity of goods to specified technical requirements.
Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the portal before the specified deadline of 28 July 2026. The opening of bids will be conducted by the procuring agency as per the schedule provided in the bidding document.
