State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sukkur Zone invites competitive sealed bids through E-PADS for the procurement of five biometric time attendance devices (Oculus Hornet-X7FV model), two 1.5-ton split air conditioners (Haier brand with DC inverter technology), and two five-seated Chesterfield sofa sets. The biometric devices are to be installed at five locations including Sukkur City, Khairpur City, Gambat City, Ghotki City and Mirpur Mathelo City with full installation support. The air conditioning units will be installed at Khairpur City and Ghotki City offices. The sofa sets feature pinewood and plywood structures with sheesham wood legs and top-grain leatherette and fabric upholstery. This tender is issued by the Human Resources Administration and Procurement Department of State Life's Sukkur Zone office located at Ground Floor, State Life Building, Minara Road, Sukkur, Sindh.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List. All bidders are required to be GST registered suppliers. A security deposit equal to five percent of the total tender value must be submitted by bidders before tender submission. Copies of NTN and GST Payer Number certificates must be attached with each bid. The corporation reserves the right to forfeit security deposits if sub-standard products are supplied. Income tax and GST as per government policy will be deducted from the total tender value.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from State Life's Sukkur Zone office and from the SLIC website. Sealed bids with original CDR documents must reach the Secretary Zonal Procurement Committee by post, courier, or hand delivery by 27 July 2026 at 11:00 am. All quotations and CDR documents must also be uploaded on the E-PAD 2.0 portal by the same deadline. Bids will be opened on 27 July 2026 at 11:30 am sharp at the Zonal Office.
