Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad invites sealed bids on ePADS for procurement of one new colour printer HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725 for the Degree Section, Exams Directorate (BUHO) located in Sector E-8, Islamabad. The printer is required for examination-related operations at the university's head office. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure with bids to be submitted on or before 27 July 2026 at 1100 hours. The procurement process is governed by PPRA Rules 2004 and is open to GST-registered firms and suppliers only.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria to qualify for consideration. All prospective vendors must be GST registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess at least three years of verifiable experience in similar or high-level projects within Pakistan. A bid security amount of Rs 165,000 must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favour of Bahria University Islamabad, whose NTN number is 2132767-0. Technical bids will be opened on 27 July 2026 at 1130 hours at Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified firms. Bidders are required to submit best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, and installation costs.
