Description / Scope of Work
NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) is procuring a Hardware Appliance Based Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager under tender reference NADRA-HQ-RFB-103/2026 (P93787) as part of its FY 2026-27 procurement plan. The procurement is being conducted on a national basis using Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/93787. The procurement location is Islamabad Capital Territory at NADRA's headquarters.
All interested bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or alternatively a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The exact bid security amount is detailed in the Bid Data Sheet section of the bidding documents.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
