For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
BISE Mirpur seeks two copy printers plus consumables (drums, ink, rollers) for administrative printing.
Scale is small—approximately Rs. 1–2M equipment outlay typical for institutional office setup. Notable: single-stage procurement suggests straightforward specs; 120-day CDR validity post-opening means minimal working capital lock-in. This is likely one-off institutional refresh rather than recurring supply contract. Bidders should verify authorized dealership status with manufacturers, as reseller credentials matter for warranty support.
Who can bid: Active FBR ATL registration required; blacklisted firms excluded. Typically, SECP registration (if entity is corporate), valid NTN, and proof of authorized dealership or IT firm status expected. No PEC requirement stated (not construction). CDR security of Rs. 1,000,000 mandatory.
