Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites electronic bids for the supply of distribution transformers under FESCO local funds through Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedure. The tender covers three categories: 25-KVA distribution transformers (1000 units total across two lots), 100-KVA distribution transformers (600 units total across two lots), and 200-KVA distribution transformers (600 units total across two lots). All transformers must be supplied according to WAPDA PPMC Drawings and Specifications as amended to date. The tender is open to WAPDA, PPMC, and DISCOs approved manufacturers duly pre-qualified and registered in Category M-1. This procurement is conducted in Punjab province and managed by FESCO Limited in Faisalabad.
Bidders must be duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding rates must be quoted in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties but exclusive of General Sales Tax, without any foreign exchange element. A valid Bid Security Instrument in original form is mandatory and must be submitted to the office of the Director (Material Management) before the online submission deadline. Bidders must possess valid prototypes duly registered and approved by relevant authorities.
