Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), an apex government body mandated to promote Pakistan's IT industry in local and international markets, is inviting pre-qualification applications for the provision of comprehensive travel agency services. The scope of work encompasses booking and issuance of international and domestic air tickets, visa assistance, travel insurance procurement, hotel arrangements, and tour organisation services. The pre-qualified travel agency shall provide round-the-clock availability of dedicated personnel for bookings and cancellations, ensure fast and timely ticket delivery at PSEB premises or designated locations in Islamabad, assist with frequent flyer program enrollment, and explore best suitable flight schedules with competitive fare offers and discounts. The agency must also facilitate visa submissions at embassies, arrange travel through foreign carriers not operating in Pakistan, and provide leisure and holiday travel services.
Eligibility criteria require applicants to be registered travel agencies with valid licenses and demonstrated experience in corporate travel management. Interested bidders must meet the mandatory qualification requirements as specified in the pre-qualification document and submit complete documentation evidencing their capability to deliver the required services. The selection procedure shall follow a transparent evaluation process based on stated criteria, with performance governed by framework agreement terms incorporating penalty clauses for non-compliance and provisions for removal from the panel if service standards are repeatedly breached.
