Description / Scope of Work
REDAMCO invites competitive bids for the leasing of Pakistan Railways land for the development of an educational campus and allied facilities on a Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Transfer (DFBOT) basis. The project is intended to utilize Pakistan Railways land for sites for development of educational institutes along with allied facilities, suitable for educational institutes, franchisees or individuals in collaboration with registered educational institutions having valid registration with Federal or Provincial Department. The successful bidder shall be responsible for design, development, operations and maintenance of the educational campus and allied facilities at its own risk and cost while safeguarding land title, public interest, safety and sustainable revenue for Pakistan Railways. The project scope includes the complete development of educational infrastructure with modern facilities and amenities.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered educational institutes, franchisees or individuals in collaboration with validly registered educational institutions recognized by Federal or Provincial authorities. Interested bidders must demonstrate technical and financial capability to undertake the project. Bid security and performance guarantees as specified in the bid document are mandatory requirements. All bidders must review the draft agreement terms and conditions carefully before submission to ensure full compliance and understanding of project obligations and revenue-sharing arrangements.
