Description / Scope of Work
Rawalpindi Waste Management Company, established under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 and now regulated under the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, companies, authorized distributors and contractors for the procurement of tyres, tubes and flaps items as well as lubricant items. The tender was originally published on the PPRA website on 24th June 2026 with IPL No 6380, and covers procurement requirements for the Rawalpindi region in Punjab. The scope includes supply and delivery of various tyre, tube, flap and lubricant products as specified in the revised technical specifications and tender documents. Bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms, companies, authorized distributors or contractors eligible to participate in government procurement. Technical specifications and technical criteria have been revised and updated, and all bidding documents must conform to the amended requirements uploaded on the EPAD and PPRA websites. Bids must be duly completed, signed and stamped in complete conformity with the bidding document requirements. The extended deadline for submission of bids is 15-07-2026 at 11:00 hours, with tender opening scheduled for 11:30 hours on the same day. Bids shall be submitted online through the EPADS website at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, and technical bid opening will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives. All bidders are responsible for ensuring timely submission through EPADS, with response time calculated from the publication date of this corrigendum.
