THQ Hospital Ferozewala invites bids from interested firms and agencies with financially sound backgrounds for the auction of canteen and parking stand facilities for the financial year 2026-27. The hospital is seeking experienced contractors to operate these essential services on its premises in Ferozewala, Punjab. Two separate items are being auctioned: the canteen operation and the parking stand facility, with a combined basic auction value starting from Rs. 287,100. The tender documents are available from the office of the Medical Superintendent at THQ Hospital Ferozewala and also listed on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
Eligible bidders must have at least three years of relevant canteen operation experience and must be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit valid NTN registration certificates with active taxpayer status, audited financial statements for the last three years, income tax returns, and valid food license certificates. A bid security of Rs. 50,000 per item in the form of CDR, pay order, or demand draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory. All bidders must submit affidavits on 100-rupee stamp paper confirming acceptance of tender terms and non-blacklisting status.
Bidding documents can be obtained until 10:00 AM on July 30, 2026, from the Medical Superintendent's office at THQ Hospital Ferozewala. The tender closing time is 10:00 AM on July 30, 2026, with canteen opening at 10:30 AM and parking stand opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
