Description / Scope of Work
The Officer In Charge of Livestock Experiment Station, Chak Katora, located in Hasilpur District Bahawalpur, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of agricultural goods comprising wheat straw valued at approximately 2.500 million rupees, DAP fertilizer at 1.80 million rupees, and urea fertilizer at 1.6 million rupees. The total estimated procurement value is approximately 5.9 million rupees. The bidding document reference is 01/2026-27, and bids shall be received through a single stage two envelope procedure as per the standard bidding document for procurement of goods.
Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, and joint ventures engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including income tax, sales tax, and Punjab sales tax authorities. Government-owned enterprises may participate if duly authorized by competent authorities. Bidders must not be under blacklisting declaration by the procuring agency and must provide a non-blacklisting certificate on stamp paper of Rs. 100, along with a replacement or repair certificate on company letterhead. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of five percent of the estimated price in the form of a bank challan or demand draft. Bidders shall not have conflicts of interest as defined in the instructions to bidders.
Bids must be uploaded on EPADS on 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM with technical proposals opening on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding documents are available for download free of cost from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the electronic procurement platform at https://eprocure.gov.pk/. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Officer In Charge during office hours. The offer shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of supply order issuance. In case of official holiday on the submission date, the next day shall be treated as the closing date.
