Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), Multan Division, invites electronic bids for the outsourcing of sanitation services at the Model Cattle Market located in Jungle Jaswant Garh, Multan. The estimated contract value is Rs. 9,600,000 with a bid security amount of Rs. 480,000. This tender is issued for companies and firms registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PSTN) and PPRA, seeking to provide comprehensive sanitation and cleaning services at the cattle market facility in Multan, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered enterprises with the e-PADS system and hold valid FBR and PRA registration credentials (NTN and PSTN). All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft made payable to Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company-Multan Division. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope with the tender title before the e-bid submission deadline. Conditional bids will not be accepted, and tender rates must be stated in both figures and words.
Bidders must submit their complete e-bids by uploading PDF files on the e-PADS portal at http://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before 11:00 AM on 26th July 2026. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15th July 2026 at the PCMMDC-Multan Division office. E-bids will be opened on 26th July 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids remain valid for 90 days from submission.
