Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Forti Tokens through a single stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules. The estimated cost of procurement is Rs. 4,000,000 with delivery required within four to six weeks after issuance of the purchase order. The scope includes supply of Forti Tokens with complete technical specifications, warranty support, delivery and installation at designated sites throughout Pakistan. All prices must be quoted in USD and include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax, with payment to be made in PKR at the exchange rate applicable on invoice submission date.
Bidders must submit a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost through 1link or Bank Guarantee options via the e-Procurement Portal with a generated PSID number. Eligible bidders must comply with all technical specifications detailed in Schedule-A and provide support during the warranty period. The bid shall remain valid for ninety days from the closing date. Bidders must obtain all necessary government clearances and permissions regarding sales tax, custom duties, and other applicable levies and taxes.
Bid documents may be obtained free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Technical bids will be opened on 28 July 2026 at 11:30 am, with bid submission deadline at 11:00 am the same date. Failure to deliver within the stipulated period will result in a penalty of 0.15 percent of bid value per day, and the 2 percent bid security will be forfeited. The Bank reserves the right to annul the bidding process and reject non-responsive bids that do not conform to specifications and terms and conditions.
