Independent Technical Vetting Services for Estimates and Designs by PESCO

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites proposals from qualified firms for provision of independent technical vetting services covering estimates, proposals, designs and works of the Projects Department (C&O) and Chief Engineer (P&E). The consultancy scope includes vetting of Deposit Works, ELR, DOP and other electrical works for both HT and LT systems across PESCO's operational area in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is a consultancy services contract procured on a National basis through a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process. The contract is based at PESCO Headquarters in Peshawar City, Peshawar District, within the Peshawar Division.

Eligible bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant technical qualifications, organizational experience in independent vetting of electrical infrastructure projects, and demonstrated financial capacity. Bidders are required to submit a proposal security as per the prescribed format and must not be blacklisted or under procurement-related sanctions. The firm must possess adequate resources, qualified technical staff with expertise in electrical engineering and project vetting, and capability to deliver services across the PESCO region covering both high and low tension electrical works.
