Pak-Austria Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Science & Technology (PAF-IAST), located in Mang Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites proposals for comprehensive consultancy services for the Establishment of School of Medicine, Dentistry and Allied Sciences project. The consultancy assignment encompasses detail designing, preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities, formulation of PC-I documentation, preparation of tender documents, and full construction supervision throughout the project execution phase. The project is registered under ADP No. 835/260670 for the fiscal year 2026-27 and represents a significant infrastructure development initiative for the institution's expansion into medical and allied sciences education.
Eligible consultants must demonstrate substantial experience in healthcare facility design, particularly medical and dental schools, with proven competency in architectural planning, cost estimation, and construction management in Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive technical proposals including firm references, details of present staff deployment, proposed methodology and approach papers, curriculum vitae of key personnel, detailed work plans and activity schedules, and composition of the project team with clearly defined task assignments. Financial proposals should be structured according to the format specified in the RFP documents.
