Description / Scope of Work
Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites proposals for the hiring of a professional firm to provide independent technical vetting services for estimates, proposals, designs and works of the Planning Department (Construction & Operations) and Chief Engineer (Projects & Engineering). The scope includes technical evaluation of Deposit Works, ELR (Extra Low Voltage Retrofit), DOP (Design of Pole) and other electrical works at high tension (HT) or low tension (LT) levels as applicable. This is a national scope consultancy procurement under a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process. The service is required to ensure quality assurance and compliance with technical standards for PESCO's electrical infrastructure projects across the province.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered consulting firms with demonstrated experience in electrical engineering and technical vetting. Applicants must meet specified financial capacity and net worth requirements, provide evidence of relevant organizational experience, and submit the declaration of non-blacklisting. A proposal security in the form specified in the bid documents is mandatory. Bidders must hold appropriate professional qualifications and licenses as required under Pakistan's procurement regulations.
