Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites applications for pre-qualification of consultant(s) to serve as independent engineers for projects within Punjab province. This pre-qualification exercise aims to identify and register qualified engineering consultants capable of providing independent technical oversight and supervision services for the Authority's development projects. The scope of services encompasses technical review, inspection, quality assurance, and independent certification duties as detailed in the tender documents. The pre-qualification is open to eligible individual professionals and joint venture partnerships with relevant engineering qualifications and experience in project management and supervision.
Eligible applicants must be professional engineers registered with the relevant engineering regulatory bodies, possess minimum experience in infrastructure or development projects, and demonstrate financial stability and technical competence. Applicants should not have any history of fraud, corruption, or blacklisting by government agencies. All applicants must furnish proof of professional registration, relevant project experience certificates, litigation history declarations, and undertakings regarding conflict of interest and compliance with procurement regulations.
Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender reference number and applicant details. The deadline for bid submission is July 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore.
