Description / Scope of Work
The National Archives of Pakistan (Attached Department), headquartered at Block-N Pakistan Secretariat Islamabad, is seeking qualified engineering and architectural consultancy services for evaluation of Bills of Quantities, museum curation, construction supervision, and validation of completed works relating to National Archives buildings located at Islamabad and Karachi. This is a consultancy services engagement issued under National Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement methodology. The scope encompasses comprehensive technical evaluation, museum design consultation, on-site construction supervision, and final validation of all building works to ensure compliance with architectural standards and project specifications across both Federal locations.
Eligible bidders must be registered engineering or architectural firms with demonstrated experience in similar consultancy projects, particularly in heritage building evaluation, museum curation, and construction supervision. Bidders are required to submit relevant professional licenses, past project portfolios, key personnel details, and evidence of financial capacity. A bid securing declaration must be submitted as part of the proposal. The procurement process will evaluate both technical and financial proposals submitted in separate envelopes, with detailed eligibility and evaluation criteria provided in the RFP documents.
