NED University is importing specialized textile lab equipment as part of MEGA-6, a multi-university infrastructure strengthening initiative.
This is a single-stage, one-envelope import procurement on C&F basis—likely medium-to-large value given the project scope and university tier. The tight 30 July 2026 deadline and same-day bid opening leave minimal time for document preparation. Notably, EPADS-only submission is mandatory; manual bids are rejected outright. Recurring procurement across five universities suggests potential for follow-on business if initial execution is sound.
Who can bid: Open to manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers. Requires: minimum 3 years relevant experience; average annual turnover ≥Rs 200 million (last 3 years, evidenced by FBR online returns); active GST registration; and affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation, blacklisting, or corrupt/fraudulent involvement. Typically, bidders must also hold valid NTN and satisfy SECP registration if applicable.
