The District Council Sujawal invites sealed tenders from interested contractors, firms and companies for the execution of fifteen development schemes across multiple sectors in Sujawal district, Sindh. The schemes include construction and repair of bridges at villages Mitho Samejo, Muhammad Uris Jat and Faiz Muhammad Dhandal; provision and fixing of paver blocks at multiple locations including Ishaque Samejo, Raj Malik, Uris Temro and Mewo Khan Jamali; rehabilitation facilities for differently abled children at Moriro Markaz; provision of sewing machines to poor females; supply of laptops to undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students; provision of furniture and solar systems to government schools; and hand pump installations across the district. The total estimated cost of all schemes is approximately Rs. 128.4 million, with individual project values ranging from Rs. 2 to Rs. 20 million. All projects are scheduled for completion within twelve months.

Eligibility criteria require bidders to demonstrate minimum three years of experience in relevant fields, provide documentary evidence of financial position and audited accounts for the last two years, maintain annual turnover equal to or twice the estimated project cost, and possess valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and Pakistan Engineering Council as applicable. Bid security is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of a pay order or bank deposit. Bids must be signed, named and stamped by authorized company representatives with proper authorization letters.

Interested bidders may collect bidding documents from the office of the undersigned on payment of tender fee, or download from the SPPRA website between 13 July 2026 and 27 July 2026 during office hours. Bids will be received until 28 July 2026 at 02:00 PM and opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives. In case of holiday or unforeseen circumstances, bidding will proceed on the next working day. Conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be accepted.
