Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan invites sealed bids for the procurement of laboratory kits and reagents for a fully automated chemistry analyzer integrated with immunoassay analyzer on a reagents rental basis for a three-year contract period covering the financial years 2026-2029. The procurement is for the institute's laboratory operations located on Abdali Road in Multan, Punjab. This is a consumables rental arrangement where the supplier will provide all necessary reagents and kits for the analyzer systems throughout the contract period. The scope includes full supply, delivery, and maintenance support for all reagent requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered vendors capable of supplying laboratory reagents and maintaining equipment functionality. Bidders are required to provide relevant documentation demonstrating eligibility and experience in supplying similar medical laboratory consumables. A bid security deposit is mandatory as per the bidding documents. All bidders must comply with anti-corruption and fraud provisions and provide valid business registration certificates and tax identification numbers.
