Winter and Spring Flower Seeds Procurement by Horticulture Agency Lahore

The Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites sealed e-bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms, authorized distributors, dealers, importers and registered suppliers for the procurement of winter and spring flower seeds on an annual framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 35,699,350, with a bid security requirement of Rs. 712,165. The tender is for the annual supply of seeds to be delivered at the Horticulture Agency head office located on Jail Road in Lahore, within the stipulated time period as specified in the purchase order. This procurement is being conducted in Punjab province through open competitive bidding under the Punjab e-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and fair competition among eligible bidders.

Eligible bidders must be authorized distributors or registered dealers with relevant tax departments, including income tax and sales tax registrations where applicable.
