Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for the supply, purchase, repair and overhauling of various items and equipment across multiple bases and units. The procurement encompasses a wide range of stores including electronic components, mechanical equipment, tools, machinery, aircraft spare parts, hydraulic systems, electrical equipment, and general supplies. Tender submissions will be accepted from registered suppliers and contractors holding valid business registration and relevant trade licenses. Bid security and earnest money requirements are specified for each contract as per tender schedule. Sealed tenders must be submitted in prescribed format with all required documents, including tax certificates, business registration, qualification and experience details, technical certifications, and original bid security instruments. Tender documents are available for purchase from the respective base procurement offices during office hours, and interested bidders must submit their bids before the closing deadline of 27 July 2026 at 1000 hours to the specified base contact addresses listed in the tender schedule. Bid opening will be conducted on the same date after the closing time in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders.
