Sealed tenders must be submitted in prescribed format with all required documents, including tax certificates, business registration, qualification and experience details, technical certifications, and original bid security instruments. Tender documents are available for purchase from the respective base procurement offices during office hours, and interested bidders must submit their bids before the closing deadline of 27 July 2026 at 1000 hours to the specified base contact addresses listed in the tender schedule. Bid opening will be conducted on the same date after the closing time in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders.
