Supply and Installation of Pavers and Kerb Block with Road Rehabilitation by PDOHA

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of pavers and kerb block along with rehabilitation of road at D-1 and D-2 Building, Bukhari Commercial Phase VI in Karachi, Sindh. This project falls under PEC Category C6 and Above, with a tender fee of Rs 2,000. The scope of work encompasses the complete supply, installation, and road rehabilitation work at the specified commercial buildings within the DHA Karachi premises. The tender is open to firms having relevant experience in similar projects and valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26.

Eligible contractors must possess PEC registration for the financial year 2025-26 and demonstrate prior experience of similar nature projects. The bid documents will be made available from the office of the Director D&C PDOHA, Head Office, upon submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed non-refundable bid document fee in the form of a Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi. Similar kind of works will be given preference, and DHA reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids under provision of rules and regulations.

Sealed financial bids (one original and one copy) along with proof of similar works experience must be delivered at the D&C Directorate on or before 1430 hours on 27th July 2026. The financial proposal will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid documents can be obtained from 16th July 2026 onwards.
