For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Supply of 249 liters of Nova Source Renal Pack (specialized medical nutrition) to a military logistics hub—small-volume, single-location delivery.
Extremely tight timeline: tender collection July 27, opening July 28, 2026. No technical specs provided (renal formulation details absent), which may complicate competitive pricing. One-off procurement unlikely to repeat; military medical supplies typically have annual cycles but single tender suggests immediate need. Unregistered firms explicitly permitted, lowering entry barriers but raising buyer scrutiny on capability.
Who can bid: Both registered and unregistered firms eligible. Registered firms require 2% earnest money; unregistered firms require 5% (capped PKR 1 million). No PEC category stated; no explicit NTN/SECP requirement mentioned. Typically, military procurement requires vendor registration with Defence Procurement Authority or equivalent; verify current eligibility list with Deputy Director contact before bidding.
