City Branding Arrangements Rate Running Contract by Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad

Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad, Directorate of Municipal Administration, invites bids for a rate running contract and frame work agreement for the provision and installation of city branding arrangements on an as and when required basis. The scope includes arrangements for Pakistan Gazette Days such as Kashmir Solidarity Day, Pakistan Day Parade, 14th August Independence Day, Defense Day, and Black Day, as well as arrangements for Head of State visits, VVIP delegations visiting Pakistan, VIP events of CDA and MCI, and special arrangements directed by the Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, CDA and other relevant government entities. The tender cost is Rs. 5,000 and the contract will be executed in Islamabad, Federal Province.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and hold a valid registration certificate. Bidders must be active taxpayers with a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax Number, with documentary proof. All bidders must be registered with PPRA on the E-PADS electronic procurement system. Bidders are required to submit earnest money and a copy of the bid. Manual bids will only be considered if they have already been quoted through the EPADS system electronically.

Bid documents must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system in accordance with PPRA rules. Manual submission of bids without prior electronic submission through EPADS is not acceptable. Bidders are expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms and specifications in the bidding document. The bidding document includes Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, Schedule of Requirements, Technical Specifications, Contract Form, Authorization Form, Performance Guarantee Form, Bid Form and Price Schedule.
