Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for providing comprehensive repair, painting and graphic application services for dispensing units, lube racks and dustbins across NVROs in the Karachi Division. The scope of work includes repair and repainting of 80 fiber dust bins with fiberglass repair, fresh 2K paint application in PSO scheme colours and pasting of PSO approved graphics; repair and repainting of 50 steel lube racks including structural repairs, surface preparation, 2K paint application, replacement of broken windows, locks and hinges, and installation of new design lube rack graphics; and graphic application and painting services for 130 dispensing units including PSO logo vinyl application, zero meter stickers installation using reflector material, and 2K paint coating. The reference number is RF19716SZ with SAP number 6100017377, and quotations must be received by 28 July 2026.
Contractors must be authorized convertors of 3M/Avery vendors as specified in each item section. All bidders must ensure compliance with PSO's Health, Safety and Environment standards and provide appropriate personal protective equipment to all workers. Contractors are responsible for bearing transportation costs for dustbins and lube racks to and from workshops. Quality is paramount and only first class approved materials and workmanship will be accepted. Payment is subject to acceptance and completion of work. Stamp duty at 0.035 percent as per Sindh Government requirements must be paid by the contractor.
