Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited invites bids for the procurement and support of additional licenses for the existing deployed Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise Plus solution. The tender is for goods procurement on a national basis using a single stage two envelope bidding process. The contract will supply licenses that are fully compatible with the current deployment infrastructure of the organisation. This procurement is essential to expand the backup and replication capacity of the existing Veeam solution already in operation, ensuring continuity and enhancement of data protection and disaster recovery capabilities across the organisation's systems located in Islamabad Capital Territory.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and possess relevant experience in supplying Veeam solutions or similar enterprise backup and replication software licenses. A bid securing declaration is required as per the tender conditions. All bidders must provide proof of past experience and completed contracts involving similar software license procurements, along with financial capacity documentation including net worth evaluation forms and average annual turnover statements. Valid business registration and tax compliance certificates are essential requirements.
