Three separate maintenance and supply contracts totalling Rs 117 million are being procured by PINS Lahore.
The largest component is a framework contract for 15 DBS implant kits (Rs 90 million), followed by PACS and neuro-diagnostic system support (Rs 12 million) and lift/dumbwaiter maintenance (Rs 15 million). All are framework or recurring contracts indicating ongoing institutional relationships. Bidders should note the tight single closing date for all three items and two-envelope procurement procedure; the DBS implant supply requires pharmaceutical/medical device certification credentials.
Who can bid: Bidders must be financially sound with current income tax and sales tax registration. For medical device supply (DBS kits), suppliers typically require pharmaceutical licensing and approval from relevant health authorities. Firms should be accredited maintenance service providers for PACS and lift systems. 2% bid security required online.
