Description / Scope of Work
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) invites bids for procurement of janitorial and allied maintenance services at its Head Office and other allied premises located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. This is a non-consultancy services contract procured under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation services for the ZTBL Head Office at Zero Point, Islamabad, and associated facilities. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability, financial stability, and past experience in delivering similar facility management and janitorial services to institutional clients.
Eligible bidders must meet specified financial capacity requirements, provide evidence of average annual turnover, and submit documentation of past completed contracts demonstrating relevant experience.
