Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under reference FST/TE/044/26 (P60578) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted on a national basis using a single stage-one envelope approach with least cost based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) and contain detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and all relevant requirements for the procurement in Faisalabad.

All bidders must be eligible as per the criteria specified in the bidding documents and must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the documents. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. The procurement follows the regulatory guidelines and instructions issued by the relevant authorities.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 3, 2026 at 03:00 PM, and electronic bid opening will take place on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
