Construction of Student and Faculty Hostels by NUTECH Islamabad

National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad invites electronic bids through EPADS for the construction of student and faculty hostels under the PSDP project titled Establishment of Campus NUTECH. Two separate tender packages are being offered: construction of a student hostel with a bid security of PKR 5,000,000 (Tender Ref No. 106/PMO/Const/06) and construction of a faculty hostel with a bid security of PKR 2,500,000 (Tender Ref No. 106/PMO/Const/07). These infrastructure development projects are located in Islamabad, Federal territory, and represent significant institutional expansion for the university.

Bidders must be well-established and reputed construction firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations. For the student hostel project, firms must hold PEC Category C-3 or above with specialization codes CE-10/CE-11 and EE-11. For the faculty hostel, PEC Category C-4 or above with the same specialization codes is required. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Development Project Security Account.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, qualification criteria, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk for registered bidders only. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS on or before August 4, 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1145 hours. Original bid security documents must be physically submitted to the Project Management Office, NUTECH, Main IJP Road, Sector I-12, Islamabad by 1100 hours on August 4, 2026.
