For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
WAPDA seeks RTU configuration and programming services for SCADA III integration at Duber Khwar hydel station—a specialized telecom-industrial automation scope.
Supply and installation of two RTUs on DDP basis suggests medium-scale, capital equipment work. 45-day completion window is tight for RTU procurement and commissioning; expect factory testing and ISMO coordination requirements. One-off project tied to power station upgrade. Bidders need manufacturing/distribution credentials and PEC electrical registration—not typical SME work.
Who can bid: OEMs, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors only. Must hold Active Taxpayers List (ATL) status with FBR, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and hold Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in electrical procurement/works category. Typical requirements for WAPDA telecom-industrial contracts.
