For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IESCO is seeking to prequalify telecom service providers for supply of M2M SIM cards and 4G/2G connectivity supporting advanced metering infrastructure.
This is a framework agreement model enabling repeated call-off orders rather than a one-time purchase, suggesting potentially significant ongoing demand. Eligibility is restricted to national Telco Companies only. The tight submission deadline (less than one month) and requirement to purchase tender documents suggest serious intent. Successful prequalification leads to framework agreement status, making this a strategic opportunity for qualified telecom operators with national licensing.
Who can bid: Open to all national Telco Companies meeting requirements in the Prequalification Documents. Typically telecom service providers must hold valid licenses from Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), maintain valid NTN and SECP registration, and demonstrate relevant operational capacity for M2M/IoT connectivity services.
