Miscellaneous Items Procurement by Central Police Office Gilgit-Baltistan

Central Police Office Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from well-reputed firms, contractors and suppliers registered with the Income Tax department for the procurement of miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. The tender reference number is NO.IGP-2(4)/8195-8226/2026 and covers supplies required at the Central Police Office Gilgit for operations during the fiscal year. The estimated scope includes various miscellaneous items essential for police office operations in Gilgit-Baltistan region.

Eligible bidders must be registered firms, dealers, suppliers or contractors with complete sets of documentary evidence of their shop, workshop or relevant establishment. A bid security or call deposit of three percent of the total allocated budget for the financial year 2026-27 is required, payable through bank draft of a scheduled bank in the name of AIG LOG CPO. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes before the closing date. Only registered firms with documented evidence of business operations will be entertained, and bids must be offered in the category for which the supplier has complete documentary credentials.

Sealed tenders must be submitted to the undersigned at Central Police Office KIU Road Konodass Gilgit before 1100 hours on August 3, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders and contractors. Prescribed bidding documents containing detailed item lists and instructions are available from the office during business hours. All taxes are inclusive in bid prices, and abnormally high or low rates will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
