Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Aircraft Manufacturing Factory, Kamra, Punjab, invites sealed tenders for the purchase and repair of aviation items, chemicals, materials and equipment as per an enclosed list. Unregistered firms with Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board must furnish earnest money at 5 percent of quoted value through Bank Draft or CDR in favour of Public Fund Account AMF PAC, Kamra. Quote validity must be a minimum of 90 days, extendable on request. Estimated Delivery Date must be provided with all commercial quotations; offers without delivery periods will be rejected. All quoted products must have traceable local or foreign OEM origin, with cyber range products specifically required to be of branded origin without Pro technology, Ivy or Sandy Bridge processors.

Quotations must be addressed to the Managing Director, AMF, PAC Kamra, on original company letterhead duly signed by authorised signatory, including active contact details. Delivery must be made at AMF PAC Kamra premises with all liabilities on suppliers. Items should be current year production, and suppliers must retain records of all delivered products for at least three years. Warranty on newly purchased items is minimum one year; repair works carry at least six months warranty. Payment will be released by the Directorate of Budget and Accounts upon submission of sales tax invoice and relevant certificates after successful acceptance of delivered stores by the user.
