The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of dental items for the financial year 2026-27 under reference P89986. This is a national-level procurement of goods using the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement covers various dental supplies and equipment required for Rawalpindi Cantonment's healthcare facility. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in this procurement process.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security either in the form of a Call Deposit or as a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
