Cardiac Cath Lab Angiography Machine and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump Procurement

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I. Khan, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015, invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of two critical medical devices: a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Angiography Machine and an Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump. This procurement is aimed at enhancing healthcare service delivery and operational efficiency at the teaching hospital facility located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014, and participation is restricted to eligible bidders with active Income/Sales tax status reflected on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List.

Bidders must be registered with EPADS and possess a unique user name and password to participate. All relevant and mandatory documents must be submitted along with the bid security on EPADS; submissions by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. The bid security for each category is fixed at two percent (2%) of the estimated contract value and must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of MTI DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I. Khan. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29th July 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Committee Room at DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I. Khan to address all queries related to the bidding documents.

Bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 11th August 2026, with technical bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day.
