Construction and Solar Lighting Installation Works by Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht Bhai

Tehsil Municipal Administration, Takht Bhai invites electronic bids through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform for multiple works under the Accelerated and Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI-2025-26). The primary contract involves construction of a police khedmat markaz at Police Station Takht-E-Bhai with an estimated cost of PKR 6.000 million and 2% earnest money requirement. Additionally, three re-tender projects for installation of singal arm pole solar lights across various union councils in the district are being advertised, with estimated costs ranging from PKR 4.2 million to PKR 10 million. These works are located in Takht Bhai and surrounding areas of District Mardan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement is open to eligible and experienced firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and enlisted with local council boards and KPPRA Authority.

Eligible bidders must be fresh LCB registered for the current financial year and provide CNIC photocopy and fresh KPPRA and FBR registrations. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration copies and Form H are mandatory. Firms must demonstrate general capabilities, financial soundness, relevant experience records, personnel and equipment capabilities, and current income tax or NTN certificates. For solar light installation works, bidders must possess electrical i-certificate codes CE01, CE04, CF09, CF10, EE01, EE02, EE03, EE04, EE06, EE10, EE11, ME-06, ME-07, BC01, and BC02. An electrical inspectorate license or certificate category A is required. Bid security must be submitted as call deposit receipts in the name of the Tehsil Municipal Officer. SECP registration and verification of company status is mandatory for incorporated companies.

Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS website or from the office of the Tehsil Officer (I&S) during working days. Bidders must submit original proposals physically at the office along with electronic soft copies via EPADS before 11:30 AM on 30-07-2026. Tender opening will occur at 12:00 noon the same day. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date, and work orders will be issued pending fund availability.
