For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Five bundled road projects in remote Kohistan Lower—mix of new shingle/bituminous construction and rehabilitation work across dispersed villages.
Scale suggests medium-sized package with 18-month delivery window (notice issued mid-2025, closes mid-2026). Dispersed locations imply logistics complexity and seasonal access challenges typical of mountain terrain. Five linked but geographically separate sites may require staged mobilization; no lump-sum indication given, suggesting item-rate or hybrid pricing structure likely.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory (KPPRA/PEC Rules cited as binding). NTN and SECP registration typical for KPK works. Contractor must be in good standing with no blacklist history. Specific PEC category not stated; typically civil works contractors require Category A or B for road projects of this scale. Local content preferences may apply under KPK policy.
