Repair, Maintenance and Purchase of Vehicles, Stationery and Equipment by Ministry of Railways

The Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites prequalification bids from local firms for three procurement tenders in the fiscal year 2026-2027 through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). The first tender (P59408) covers repair and maintenance of official vehicles. The second tender (P59759) involves the purchase of stationery and miscellaneous consumable items. The third tender (P59990) encompasses repairing and purchasing of furniture, fixtures, machinery, equipment, electrical and electronic items, IT and computer-related items, and other general and miscellaneous items and services. All tenders are administered from Islamabad and are open to registered local firms.

Eligible bidders must be properly settled and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, General Sales Tax, possess a vendor number, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to submit original bid security instruments to the office of the Designated Drawing Officer, Ministry of Railways, Islamabad, before the online submission deadline. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, procurement methodology, bid security requirements, and bid validity information are available for free download from the e-PADS website.

All electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS on or before 29th July, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. Bid opening will take place on 29th July, 2026 at 12:30 P.M. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted. Incomplete forms and missing required documents will result in bid rejection.
