For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Three bundled tenders: vehicle repair/maintenance, stationery/consumables, and furniture/equipment/IT procurement for Ministry of Railways FY2026-27.
Medium-scale recurring operational spend across three distinct categories suggests stable government customer. Tight timeline (18+ months lead, but short submission window) and mandatory e-PADS submission only—no manual bids accepted—require digital infrastructure readiness. Multi-category scope favors diversified suppliers but increases compliance burden.
Who can bid: Local firms only; must be registered with FBR (Income Tax, Sales Tax, GST), possess vendor number, and appear on Active Taxpayers List. Proper tax settlement required. Typically, NTN registration and valid GST certificate mandatory. No specific PEC category mentioned but applicable to construction-related maintenance items.
