Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Punjab, Lahore, a premier law enforcement agency under the Ministry of Narcotics Control, invites pre-qualification applications from well-established repairing companies, firms and government contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for the year 2026/2027. The scope of work covers repairing, denting, painting, air conditioning works, provision of spare parts, tyres and batteries for light and heavy transport vehicles, and repair and maintenance of motorcycles. This is a recurring annual procurement essential for maintaining the agency's operational fleet capacity across Punjab province. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and submit government approval certificates, department registration certificates, sound financial position certificates, five-year work experience details, equipment and labour inventory information, stamp paper certificates confirming non-blacklisting status, good reputation certificates from previous employers, litigation clearance certificates and bank guarantees. Applicants should be established firms with documented track record in vehicle maintenance and repair operations and no history of legal disputes.
Applications prepared in accordance with pre-qualification document instructions must reach the directorate office by 1000 hours on or before 14 September 2026; applications received after 1000 hours on 15 September 2026 will not be accepted.
