Description / Scope of Work
The IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for special repair and maintenance works at the office SE Attock. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to cover eligible payments under the contract for office infrastructure improvements at the Attock location in Federal province. The project will be procured using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope of work includes comprehensive repair and maintenance activities as detailed in the bidding documents, with work specifications and market rates provided for reference.
Eligible bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 e-procurement portal to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
