For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IESCo is tendering special repair and maintenance works at its Attock office—a medium-scale renovation project for FY2026-27.
The single-stage, least-cost selection suggests straightforward scope with published market rates, reducing estimation risk. No complexity flags noted, but the July 2026 deadline allows reasonable preparation time. This appears a one-off infrastructure upgrade rather than recurring maintenance, potentially suited to PEC-registered civil contractors with recent office/commercial renovation experience.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 portal. PEC registration category not explicitly stated but typically required for construction/renovation work in Pakistan; confirm with tender documents. NTN and active SECP registration typically mandatory. No restrictions stated, but integrity pact compliance required.
