Revamping of Chief Engineer Office at IESCO Head Office Islamabad

IESCo Civil Division invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for civil works related to the revamping of the Office of Chief Engineer (Operations and Maintenance) at IESCO Head Office located at G-7/4 Islamabad. This project is planned under the Financial Year 2026-27 budget with funds reserved for procurement of construction and renovation works. The scope of work includes comprehensive office revamping activities as detailed in the technical specifications and scope of work documents provided in the bidding package. The procurement is being conducted for the Federal province with the tender reference number P61379.

Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents and be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as per the format specified in the bidding documents. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope method using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulations issued by the Authority.
