Special Repair and Maintenance of Flats C-4 and C-5 at 132 KV Grid Station Sowan Rawalpindi

IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for special repair and maintenance works on Flats C-4 and C-5 at the 132 KV Grid Station located in Sowan, Rawalpindi. This civil works procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract encompasses all necessary repair and maintenance activities required to restore both flats to functional condition at the grid station facility. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 to participate in this procurement process.

Eligible bidders must meet the minimum qualification and experience requirements as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or banker's cheque, alternatively bidders may submit a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format.
