Description / Scope of Work
The IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for special repair and maintenance works of quarter numbers 103-B, 104-B, 2-B, 4-B and 9-B located at IESCO Colony G-7/4 in Islamabad, Federal Territory. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and covers comprehensive maintenance and repair services to restore the residential quarters to proper condition. The project reference is P61358 and bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS).
Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or an equivalent bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
Electronic bids prepared according to the e-bidding document instructions must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, 30 July 2026.
