Revamping and Upgradation of IESCO Complaint Office Civil Line Rawalpindi

IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the revamping and upgradation of the IESCO Complaint Office located at Civil Line in Rawalpindi under tender reference P61349. This civil works procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated by the organization. The project involves comprehensive renovation and modernization of the complaint office facility to enhance its operational capacity and service delivery standards. Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid contractor registration and relevant experience in similar civil works projects. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or certified bank guarantee, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format as detailed in the bidding documents.
