Maintenance and Repair of Quarters at IESCO Colony G-7/4 Islamabad

The IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of civil works comprising maintenance and repair of quarters numbered 65-A, 49-A, 73-A, and 23-A located at IESCO Colony G-7/4 in Islamabad, Federal Territory. The contract is identified with reference P61334 and forms part of the FY 2026-27 procurement plan. The procurement process will be conducted using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Bidders must be eligible and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or bank guarantee, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the specified format. Bidders are required to fulfill eligibility criteria and possess relevant qualifications as detailed in the bidding documents.
