AM&R Civil Works for Quarter Nos. 50-B, 51-B & 11A at IESCO Colony by IESCo

IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for procurement of civil works related to Alteration, Maintenance and Repair (AM&R) of Quarter Numbers 50-B, 51-B and 11A located at IESCO Colony G-7/4 in Islamabad, Federal Province. The works are planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for this procurement. The tender follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding methodology adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bidders must be eligible contractors registered with EPADS v2.0 and shall submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The bid security amount is detailed in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document. All interested bidders are required to register themselves on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) platform to participate in the bidding process.
